Shipping Policy

All shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over $125 CAD within Canada. All orders are shipped via Canada Post. A shipping notification email will be sent to your email address when your order has been shipped. Please ensure the shipping and billing information are complete, valid, and correct. Missing or inaccurate information may cause processing delays. If your package cannot be delivered due to customer error (for example: incorrect address, missed delivery appointments, failure to pick up from postal facility, etc.) and is returned to us, we can either re-ship your package for an additional shipping fee, or refund your order minus the cost of shipping. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. 

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we will happily exchange or refund products that are damaged during transit. Please contact us at with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic proof of the damage within 48 hours of arrival. 

We are not able to cover the shipping cost for a return, however in the case of exchanges, we will ship the replacement back to you at no additional cost. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards, sale items, custom made items, or purchases made over 30 days. 

We also cannot accept returns based on your scent preference. If you would like to try our scents before purchasing a full size candle, we suggest you try out our Discovery Set. 

Please note: All of our products are made by hand, although we try our best to make everything with utmost care, imperfections and variations may still occur. This may include small scratches or dents on the container, slightly off center labels, minor discolouration and texture in the wax, etc. None of these imperfections affects the quality or performance of the product.
